EARTH ELEMENT

Earth Element 土 is associated with dark fermented tea 黑茶. Tea leaves can mature gracefully. When stored properly, tea can be aged for many years, allowing microorganisms to develop and nourish the leaves. In this transformation, the leaves will develop specific flavors and aromas, reminding us of humid soil, humus, and rich earth.
