WATER ELEMENT

Water Element 水 is associated with white tea 白茶. White tea is made from fresh leaves and buds, slowly awakening from winter, picked at the very dawn of spring, when Nature is still dormant and gentle. The leaves and buds are slowly withered and dried, under the Moon, in cool temperature, for a few days or weeks. The leaves are transformed in the most gentle way, patiently yielding to the rhythm of Nature.
