In this introduction class, we explore the practice of tea meditation, to help children and teens to develop a self practice and cultivate mindfulness in their daily life. Through the session, we learn the connection between tea and nature, we learn how we can meditate with tea and we learn how to prepare tea with simple tea ware. This class is shared interactively online via zoom, and the duration of the session is 50 minutes. This offering is requiring the presence and assistance of a parent or guardian during the session.
