Elysian Bai Cha is a rare organic aged white tea from the misty peaks of a beautiful tea garden in Fujian, China. Cultivated using traditional and natural farming techniques, therefore it is naturally 100% Organic. Harvested in 2014 and aged in air-tight conditions, bringing deep spiced complexity to the leaves.
Naturally containing L-Theanine, an amino acid important in the formation of a neurotransmitter called GABA, which affects the release of dopamine and serotonin, promoting alpha brain wave activity, concentration, relaxation, mental alertness and calm. Preciously helpful for anxiety/stress and to uplift the mood.

Tasting experience: The liquor offers a sumptuous combination of sweet and tangy flavors, fragrances of cinnamon and honey, smooth velvety texture, vanilla accents and woody spicy character. Delicious served both cold and warm.

Brewing guide:
- Teapot: 250 ml water · 80°C water · 3-5g tea · 2 minutes infusion.
- Gong Fu Cha: 100 ml water · 85°C water · 3 tsp tea · Multiples Infusions; (1st) 25 sec, (2nd) 20 sec, (3rd) 35 sec, and +15 sec every additional infusions.
- If served cold, brew first respecting water temperature and time depending on the technique use. Then, pour in a thermos with ice, shake, let it cool down and serve or store in the fridge for a few hours.
