Fresh pre qingming green tea, harvested from 70 years old trees of Kuzhu mountain, around Pu'er city, China. The leaves are hand harvested by the Yi people, picked in the morning before dawn to preserve the tenderness of the leaves, and transformed into tea by 60 years old tea Master Zhang, who has been making tea for 30 years.

Tasting experience : Like fresh spring rain nourishing the grassland. Refreshing, yet gentle and sweet. It never gets bitter.

Element : Yin Wood, carrying the spirit of the Hun, inviting truth, vision and clarity. 

Steeping guide : 

Ritual : Gong fu cha, or western style

Vessel : Gaiwan, glass container or regular teapot

100-150 ml water at 85C

2 tsp tea leaves

Infusion : 15 sec, 10 sec, 15 sec + 3 sec every following infusion

Quantity per bag : 50g
