RETURNING TO CENTER : A Summer Solstice Retreat to Cultivate Our Inner and Collaborative Fire

$45.00

Join us on this special Summer Solstice day as we welcome in a new season and new chapter with the new moon and a solar eclipse. In this transformative time, we are welcoming the elemental wisdom of Fire, the arrival of summer, expressing itself through transformation and collective communion. With so much fire present, how can we work with this powerful energy in a productive way?

Together, we’ll explore the Fire element through different lenses - Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, the Japanese concept of Ikigai - and the wisdom these traditions have to share finding harmony and inner alignment through the many phases of life.

We are currently passing through a year dominated by the element of Metal, an important invitation to face the shadow side of our world. Summer Solstice season is a time to enkindle our inner and collaborative Fire to melt the Metal, and let go of a version of reality that is no longer in alignment with the collective. Ideologies and belief systems are invited to be put through the Fire, so can we take the ashes to nourish the new way that we are co-creating, together.

We are being called to remember what is enlivening our inner fire, how to nourish and sustain it, how to use it as an act of service, and transform our vision into action. We are invited to breathe and be together in harmonious presence to reconnect with our personal and collective creative force.

Our morning will start with a guided tea meditation, then we will flow into yoga and pranayama to move stagnation and stoke our inner fire. We’ll discuss food, breath, movement and meditation as intentional tools to nurture our fire, then we will share a creative exercise together to explore how to translate your gifts into essential offerings in these times. Each guest will receive an interactive workbook with journaling prompts, reflective exercises and resources to guide you through the season of fire.
