WAO TEA

Symbiosis Shu Pu'er 2009

$25.00

Symbiosis is a ripe Pu'er tea that was harvested in Yunnan, south of China. This tea has undergoes a wet piling accelerated fermentation process (Wò Dūi) and remained into its loose form, not compressed into traditional bingcha, allowing the fermentation to be even more quick. Its liquor reveals mineral aromas of damp undergrowth and roasted cereals. It can be drink at any time of the day as it is low in caffeine. A beautiful tea to gently uplift the living energy and facilitate inner harmony.

Note that Pu'er comes from very old tea trees that have been adapting to the local ecological environment for more than hundred of years, allowing a better absorption of nutrients and minerals. Because of their solid and rooted presence, they became resistant to most pests and diseases, do not require fertilizing and are only cultivated with love and respect for all life forms.

Earth Karma : 100% Clean and Vibrant. No pesticides/chemicals. From old tea trees of a secluded tea garden, tuck away from any pollution, in a wild environment. From a lovely family cultivating tea since many generations.

Tasting experience : Offering a liquor evoking damp undergrowth, minerals and roasted cereals.

Medicine : Earth element tea.  Associated to the mother, the stability and protection, the sea of nourishment, the instinctive energy we hold beneath us, deep into the earth. Earthing medicine is allowing the living energy to ground and rest, facilitating restoration and release of energy that no longer serves the body, to bring lightness and calm. Earth element is associated to sympathy and empathy, for the self and for all beings, allowing anger to be released and encouraging connection, balance and stability.
