This vessel is made from red clay extracted in France, and cirrus white glaze. It is a versatile vessel that can be used either as a Yuzamashi for the ritual of Senchado (to cool down the temperature of water for green tea) or as a Cha Hai for the ritual of Gongfu cha (as a "fair cup"). The inside has a glaze liner. Soulfully hand made in France by our friend Margaux.
