A zesty shu pu'er cha, made of ripe pu'er leaves, stuffed and aged into a citrus fruit. The leaves are hand harvested in the mountains of pu'er city, then aged into a citrus fruits. To make this tea, a small circle is carefully carved in the roof of a small citrus fruit to remove the flesh from the citrus, then the leaves are carefully added inside the fruit. This tea is aged for 3 years, allowing the natural citrus oil to infuse with the pu'er tea leaves.
Transformation : Naturally organic, from a tea farm following the way of Nature in their production of tea.
