Shipping policy

All tea + ritual items orders are shipped from United States. Please note that we are a small business and we personally make, package and ship your order. We try our best to have everything in stock so they are ready to ship but in some cases, certain items may take longer to be shipped. Kindly allow up to 7-14 business days for any tea order to be shipped, and up to 3-4 weeks for any custom made items to be shipped.

All teaware orders are shipped from China. We offer Free International Shipping from China.
