Raw pu'er leaves harvested in 1990, in the mountains around Pu'er city, Yunnan province, South of China. Beautiful gushu tea, from wild tea trees of more than 300 years. Naturally organic, cultivated and harvested like ancient times, following the way of Nature. This tea is an invitation to remember the ancient way.

"Li Ye" was a poet, taoist nun and carrier of chadao, from Imperial China. She was close to Lu Yu, during the creation of the book "Classic of Tea". This tea is an occasion to honor the forgotten matrilineal roots of chadao.

Elemental Wisdom : Yang Earth.

Brewing guide:

Teaware: Yixing tea pot, or small teapot
Gong Fu: 100 ml water · 90 °C · 2 tsp tea 
Multiple Infusions: (1) Rinse/discard · (2) 15 sec · (3) 10 sec · (4) 15 sec + 3 sec every additional infusions.
Quantity of tea per bag : 50g
