Ajna Lao Cong Shui Xian is a heavily roasted and oxidized oolong tea from Wuyi Mountain, Fujian, China. Old tree bushes, part of the well prized category of "Wuyi rock tea", or Yancha, growing on the cliff of the mountains, in a rocky mineral-rich soil. 

Process Naturally organic. Mindfully hand picked, Withered, Tossed, Oxidized and  roasted 3 times over charcoal. 

Brewing guide:

Teaware: Yixing pot, Zhong, Gaiwan or Western Style Teapot
Teapot: 250 ml water · 95°C water · 1 tsp tea · 3 minutes infusion
Gong Fu: 100 ml water · 95°C water · 2-3 tsp tea
Multiple Infusions: (1) 15 sec · (2) 10 sec · (3) 15 sec 

Bowl tea : Simply add 2 tsp of tea in a bowl to cover the bottom and pour water on top, filling the bowl half way.
