Upekkha is a naturally organic dianhong (wild red tea) from Lincang forest, Yunnan, China. The leaves of this tea were harvested from wild indigenous trees, by hand, in mid-April, 2023.
Tree : Feng Qing Dayezhong
Tasting experience : Malty chocolate, hazelnuts, caramel, cooked berries, spices, bittersweet and floral finish.
Movement : Fire element.

Steeping guide:
- Gongfu cha : 100 ml water · 90 °C · 2 tsp tea
- Multiple infusions ; 10 seconds each
- Bowl brewing method : Simply add 2 tsp of tea in a bowl to cover the bottom and pour water on top, steeping your leaves directly in the bowl.
