Process Hand harvested in Spring. Dried under the sun. Produced in a similar way than a jinjunmei tea 金駿眉.

Steeping guide:
- Tea pot: 250 ml water · 85 °C · 1 tsp tea · 3 minutes
- Gong Fu: 100 ml water · 90 °C · 2 tsp tea
- Multiple infusions; (1st) 10 sec, (2nd) 8 sec, (3rd) 15 sec + 5 sec every additional infusions.
